The Rotary Club of Timaru North, formed on 4 September 1969, maintains a membership of around 60 (including honorary members), enabling support to many community initiatives at local, district national and international levels. - Artarama - student art exhibition and awards in conjunction with the Aigantighe public art gallery
- Sanford Science and Technology Fair
- Bookarama - major used book sale
- Auction fundraiser for Rotary International
- Wanaka Fishing week - for members, family and fiiends and association with the RC of Wanaka
- RYLA - Rotary Youth Leadership Awards - for young adult leaders
- RYE - Rotary Youth Exchange with clubs internationally
- Science School sponsorships for exceptional science students
- Leadership Camp - training and personal development in an outdoor setting
- World Festival of Magic - a night's entertainment for youth and their families, especially those with less advantages
- Carols by Candlelight - an evening of Christmas celebration at the Theatre Royal
- Support to Polio Plus - a vaccination programme to end polio world wide
